Executive Management Team
Rick Giddens, President — Sandi Giddens, CFO
All Phase was founded by Rick Giddens in 1986 with a philosophy of delivering "whatever
it takes" customer service. After working in the industry for several years at a
Toshiba dealer, Rick knew companies in the market were unhappy with the service
they were getting from various telecommunications providers. Rick seized the opportunity
to found his business under an umbrella of world-class customer service.
As All Phase quickly grew in its first year, Sandi left her position at Interconnect
to join the All Phase team — which has since grown to a staff of six field service
engineers, four sales associates and a small office staff.
Rick and Sandi always knew that their company would have to offer the most leading
edge telecommunications systems. But to succeed and grow, they knew they would need
to deliver the best customer service possible—which has proven to be a successful
strategy. In fact, their first client, The Pike Place Market, is still a customer
today.
Iain Beveridge, Vice President and GM Operations
Native to Glasgow, Scotland, Iain is responsible for the day-to-day operations of
All Phase. Iain started his 30-year telecommunications career in New York City with
ITT in 1977. In 1980 he was recruited by ATL to manage their network infrastructure
in Seattle. From 1981 through 1998 Iain worked at BTS, the Northwest's largest privately
held interconnect company, starting as a technician and leaving as President. Prior
to joining All Phase he held senior management positions with SiteConnect, Cypress
Communications, Mountain West Telecom, and B+C Telephone. He has a business degree
from AIU.
Gucci, The Boss
Gucci is one of All Phase's longstanding employees and after 18 years of service,
he has taken the initiative to appoint himself as The Boss. Gucci's leadership skills
are admired by All Phase employees who turn to Gucci for words of wisdom, inspiration
and motivation. Gucci is extremely adept at office politics but Rick is wise to
Gucci's goal of ruling the world, which causes office politics to flare and swear
words to fly every now and then. Prior to All Phase, Gucci traveled the world and
became fluent in Spanish. He also trained to become a world-class opera singer,
and on a good day, he'll tell you he's second only to Pavarotti. Gucci loves seafood,
especially prawns, yet he dislikes baked potatoes. However, he'll eat a raw potato
any day.
Sales Team
Todd Goe, Sales Engineer
Todd is responsible for recruiting, training and motivating the team while also
providing installation, service, and training to our customers. Todd began his telecom
career 14 years ago after earning his mechanical engineering degree from Central
Washington University. Prior to joining All Phase he held senior technical positions
with BTS, ActCom and Baron Communications. He is a certified Convergence Technology
Professional and is factory certified on telecom products from ShoreTel, Executone,
AVT, NEC, Repartee, Toshiba, Nortel and Vertical. His projects include City of Lynnwood,
City of Tukwila, Emerald Downs, Starbucks, Group Health, Verity Bank, Venture Bank
and Cutter & Buck. Todd is committed to customer service and his team is responsible
for the 95% average customer satisfaction level we have received on our ShoreTel
deployments as measured by an independent third party.
Chuck Schilling, Applications and Sales, Major Accounts
Chuck started his career in the hospitality industry and attended the Cornell University
Graduate School of Hotel Administration. Evangelizing VolP since 1995, Chuck has
been involved in some very early VolP projects at Bayley Construction, Cybersafe
and Visimation. Since coming to All Phase, Chuck has led successful ShoreTel installations
at Cutter & Buck, Verity Credit Union, Venture Bank, Keller Rohrback, WIN 211
Services and others. What he appreciates most about All Phase is the level of technical
expertise and our commitment to our customers.
Doug Appleby, Applications Engineer
With more than 12 years telecommunications experience, Doug has been with All Phase
for more than six years. Doug thrives in a changing environment and enjoys learning
new technology and keeping up to date on equipment innovations, and is certified
by ShoreTel, Toshiba, Tadiran and Nortel. Douglas attended the University of Anchorage
and the University of Regina.
Operations Team
Darren Pownall, Senior Field Service Engineer
Darren is responsible for the successful implementation of our larger VoIP system
deployments including First Federal Bank, the City of Bellingham, Cascade Valley
Hospital, Venture Bank, and Cutter & Buck. Darren began his career in 1989 after
receiving a degree in telecommunications from Perry Technical School. Prior to joining
All Phase in 2005 he held a number of senior technical positions with Duracom, BTS,
Beacon Technology, and Service Communications. Darren is a certified Convergence
Technology Professional and factory certified in ShoreTel, ShoreTel Enterprise Contact
Center, Adtran, Executone, AVT, AVST, NEC, Toshiba, Nortel, Mitel, Tadiran, and
Avaya product lines.
Rick Fields, Senior Field Service Engineer
Rick is responsible for the successful implementation of our larger VoIP system
deployments including First Federal Bank, the City of Bellingham, and Cascade Valley
Hospital. Rick started his telecommunications career at BTS in 1994 and held senior
technical positions at Executone, InTouch Solutions, and B+C Telephone before joining
All Phase in 2006. Rick is certified in ShoreTel, Executone, NEC, and Adtran product
lines.
David Oakes, Senior Network Engineer
David began his telecommunications career in his native New Zealand in 1993. Before
joining All Phase in 2006 he worked at Baron Communications and PacWest. David is
certified in Toshiba, Interactive Intelligence, ShoreTel, Enterasys, Adtran and
Cisco product lines. David holds the CCNA certification from Cisco and has extensive
experience in VoIP, internetworking, computer telephony integrations, and wireless
applications.
Steve Shearer, Senior Field Service Engineer
Steve began his telecommunications career at BTS in 1995. He then worked at Expanets,
Service Communications and All Tech before joining All Phase in 2007. Steve is certified
in ShoreTel, Toshiba, Executone, NEC, Avaya, AT&T, Leviton, Bogen and Valcom product
lines. Steve has worked on national accounts including T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless
and Chico's.
Rick Giddens Jr., Structured Cable Engineer
Rick recently rejoined All Phase after successfully starting and running Accurate
Communications, a structured cabling company. Rick holds certifications from 3M,
Mohawk, Siemons, Ortronics, Chatsworth, Leviton, and Panduit. Rick holds both the
Washington State Telecom Administrators and Electrical Contractor's licenses. Rick
has worked on cabling projects for businesses like Barnes and Noble, Gene Juarez,
Ben Bridge, First Horizon, Discount Tires, Qwest Field, Swedish Hospital, and the
Pike Place Market.
Erik Newton, Senior Field Service Engineer
Erik began his telecommunication career in 1986 and has worked at Comtel, Superior,
Matrix, Baron, Tri-Tec, and Telecom Labs before joining All Phase in 2007. He is
certified in Toshiba, Active Voice, Avaya, Mitel, and Siemens product lines. Erik
is a certified Convergence Technology Professional.
Mike Peterson, Senior Field Service Engineer
Mike joined All Phase in 2008 after relocating from California. He has Telecommunications
Specialist and Fiber Optic certifications from the Computer Training Academy in
San Jose and has been working in the field since 1994. Mike is certified in the
Toshiba product line and has extensive experience with their legacy and VoIP systems.
Additionally, Mike has experience with cabling, network, and wireless infrastructure
projects.
Support Staff
Hillary Beveridge, Customer Support/Dispatcher
Hillary is responsible for making sure All Phase customers are helped quickly to
get who or what they need. As a dispatcher, she helps the All Phase team get to
each customer location on time and as scheduled. As a dean's list student, Hillary
graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal
justice. Prior to joining All Phase Communications Hillary was responsible for dispatching
and customer service for the City of Pleasanton's Water Department.
Ken Davenport, Inventory Control Manager
Glenda Fabrizio - Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Glenda has two years of telecommunications experience. She joined All Phase in June
of this year and is the first voice you hear when you call the All Phase main line.
As our frontline employee, Glenda is responsible for making sure you get to the
person you need to talk to quickly. She has attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute
and the Brown Institute. Glenda is a Certified Chef and holds an Associate Degree
in Business.
